Privacy policy
This policy covers the enquiry form on ai-deploy.trigunai.com and the data we handle for clients of our AI deployment service. We are based in India and follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. We work with clients worldwide, so we also explain what the EU and UK GDPR give you, if they apply.
Who we are
TrigunAI Innovations Private Limited, Patna, Bihar, India ("TrigunAI", "we"). For enquiries, we decide how your data is used (we are the "controller" or "Data Fiduciary").

Legal basis. Your consent, and taking steps you asked for before a possible contract. Optional emails are a separate consent; unsubscribe anytime.
Who sees it. Our team, and service providers who help us respond: Microsoft Azure (hosting, servers in the United States) and WhatsApp Business by Meta (an alert to our founder's phone with a summary of your enquiry). We never sell your data.
Transfers. Your data is stored in the United States and read by our team in India. If you write to us from the EU or UK, we transfer it because you asked us to respond to you, and we rely on our providers' standard data-protection terms.
Retention. If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep it with the contract records for as long as the law requires.
Part 2: client data during a project
- Roles. You decide what your data is for. We process it only on your instructions, as your processor, under the written scope or a data processing agreement if you need one.
- Where it lives. We work inside your own cloud account wherever possible, so your data, models and logs stay there. We do not copy production data to our machines unless you agree to it in writing.
- Access. We use the scoped role or accounts you give us, only for your project, and you can revoke access at any time. We never ask for passwords or root keys by chat or email.
- No other use. We do not use your data, prompts or models to train anything or for any other client.
- End of project. We hand back or delete any copies we hold, and tell you when it is done.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. If the GDPR applies to you, you can also object, restrict processing, ask for a portable copy, and complain to your local data protection authority. In India, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Quote your email or reference (TAD-xxxx).
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored in access-controlled systems. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
